I-94 expires tomorrow

I sent my i-539 but the check has not been cashed yet should I drive to the border tomorrow and get a b2? what else can I do. Husband and kids got tn and td at the birder because they are Canadian
 
Your timely filed I-539 means you are in in "pending status, which is fine.

However, I would question why (a) you would want a B2 instead of a TD. (do you have a B2 consular visa? If not, you can't just go to the border and get an I-94 unless you are Cdn, besides they would disallow you to get B2 since you live in US with your family.)(b) what status you are in right now? When did your family status, and the TN/TD for a new job, or just continued employment.

A little bit more detail, please. But under no circumstances should you leave US.
