I-797 Approval Notice

Hi All,

USCIS has approved my TN extension under premium processing and my company has informed USCIS shall be sending me I-797 Approval Notice (seems it will take around 4 weeks to get that !!! Why does it take so long).

Would the Approval notice also have my new i94 ?

What are the next steps after getting my I-797 Approval Notice ?

--Yes - The TN "extension" normally has the I-94 below it.

--Continue working after verifying the I-94/expiry date.
