I-751 (petition to remove condition on residence) .... help !

I file I-751 on 8/2000 and receive the receipt in 10/2000.
Haven\'t heard anything since.

Anyone out there received the receipt after 10/2000 and got I-751 approved ???

I called VSC several times, using automatic system, entered my receipt number (EAC #) to check its status and the system said "receipt number cannot be found". Anyone got same problem ????

Appreciate so much for any response !

4 Year Bachelors Degree ????

I am a Computer professional. My lawer agreed to file my case on EB2
as I have 3 Years Bachelors Degree and more than 15 years computer software experience. Now she says that only EB3 is possible as
INS interprets Bachelors Degree as 4 years as a requirement. Please comment

Your lawyer is right. Nevertherless, there is really no advantage to go with EB2 over EB3 since both categories are current. In the past, EB2 was about one or two years faster than EB3. In fact, filing EB3 has some advantages, one is that it requires a lower salary, other requirements are also less restrictive than eb2.

I have file mine on 11-00 and still waiting as of today.
Don\'t know what\'s going on with VSC, always busy.
Well, we\'ll wait and see. Good luck to every one on the same situations.
