I am currnetly on TN but yesterday the economy caught up to me and I was informed that I will be included in the next round of layoffs at the end of the week.
I have completed my I-539 and read the Form M-752, Helpful Filing Tips for Form I-539; however, the I-539 General Instructions state that "You are required to submit with your Form I-539 the original or copy, front and back, of Form I-94 of each person included in your application." and the M-752 states that you are to submit the original Form I-94. Which is is? copy or original?
Second question, is that instructions don't specifically address TN status, so I presume that since I reside in Idaho that I should second the application to the California Service Center, however TD's are sent to Vermont? Am I reading that right?
