My 140 and I-485 have been filed on september 27th 2005(priority date is aug 24 2005) under BE-2 before retrogression took effect on oct 1st
140 has been approved and ead has been filed.
1)is it necessary that once my obtain my EAD, that i have to stick to same job title and pay shud be same if i change my employers?
2) once 485 dates become current what are the documents that are asked about employment, will all pay stubs and w-2's be asked for the entire period between now and 485 approval date?
3) is it necessary that your pay stub has to be for the same amount or more as mentioned in 140 approval through the period of 485 approval?
i would appreciate it if someone can answer these questions
