Hi:

I am in a situation where I am going to apply for I-485 and plan to get married to another H1 holder in the next few months.

My question is:
Will I be able to add my spouse to my I-485 application (after say 4 months)? Please explain what I should now to take care of the future requirements and what shouldn\'t be done.

you can add spouse to the 485 even right before you get the stamping on the passport.. only requiremetn is your priority date should be current
