Hi all. I applied for my I-140 in Eb3 category and the receipt date for my case is July 13, 2006. I have yet not received any response from them since then and the current processing date shows for August 14 on their website. Can anyone guide me what would be the next step and when can i expect an answer for my case? I completed 4 years on my H1B in April and my H-1B is valid till July 2008. Should I convert my case to premium process or should I wait some more time for their response?
