My EB2 PERM was recently approved and my lawyer is currently working on documentation to apply I-140 and I-485 together. Though my gross salary is higher than PERM offered salary but since i joined my current employer mid last year so W-2 of last year shows gross income less than PERM offered wage. My lawyer suspect that if we don't provide employer's financials, tax details with the case, we may be RFE and it seems employer is reluctant to share required info.Question is what are the chances of RFE of employer's financial details are not included and will premium process help in this situation?
