I-140 LUD Changes

I received a RFE on my I-140(EB2) and then we replied and they received the response on Feb 21st.

I saw LUDs on 02/21, 02/22, 02/23, 02/24, 02/25 (today also which is a saturday!)

My I-485 LUD was not changed.

Is this is a good sign or do I need to concern about these?

Did you see LUD changes similar before getting RFE for I140?

Mine LUD changed twice in feb 02/06,02/25 for I140 (applied on 07/28/05). Still waiting for approval.


you will get your I140 approval very soon.
 
LUD Changed four times

Mine changed for 4 times in I140 petition.

02/07, 02/13, 02/15 and 02/28.

No messgae change.

still hanging for their decision.
 
mine is similat to ssridharan
got 140 Ability to Pay RFE on 2/1/06
replied on 2/9/06
LUD updated on 2/15/07 that USCIS recieved
lug changed on 2/17/06 and today 3/1/06
dont know what's going on ..
mine is EB3 labor-sub case

It depends what was RFE and are they satisfied with response answer..... ? So could you eloborate on your RFE ? ( hope not Ability to pay ?)
