Does anybody know if an employer can petition (using I-140) a person who has graduated from an Associates Degree in Nursing program (2-yr program) from a U.S. accredited nursing institution and has passed the NCLEX, and now holds a state license as Registered Nurse?
Yes, but I think it depends on the state..try to research about your state's BRN requirements. I know that you can get an Associate Degree in Nursing in California and get petitioned...good luck!
