Need your guidance. My I-140 ended up in RFE, NOID and finally denied due to Educational qualification under EB2. I have completed my full time B.SC and MCA with no gap from Anna Univercity India. I have my previous employer I-140 which was approved under EB2 4 years back and he revoked it when I switched my employer. Now my current employer Filled PERM and I-140 in EB2 and it ended up in denial. What I want to do now? Do I have to file an appeal or MTR or file a new PERM under EB3. Please advise. Thank you for your time on this.
