I have really bad feeling about people like me who submit 140&485 by the end of the month. I know some Sept filer who submited 140&485 by the end of Sept haven't got approved yet. End of Nov filers have to wait at least til next Feb if nsc show some mercy on us. Really tired of this. Can't work for my cheap boss no more! :(

Hi All,
I got pre-appoved labor from a different company.I want apply 140 and 485 at a time.I heard i cannot apply both 140 and 485 after Jan 01,2005.Is that right?.If i want to apply both i have to apply before Dec31 ??.Any input will be great help.
