I 130 Processing time for Mother of U. S. citizen

Web-site shows the date for I 130 is 11/13/01. What is the meaning of this date? This means that INS will approve the application, if everything is in order. Then two packets will be sent out - one to my mother in India and one to Bombay consulate. If that\'s the case - how long will it take before she will be called for immigration visa?

Your input will be appreciated.
 
which forms to file for family based green card

I am a US citizen and sponsoring my father (based in India). I realize that I need to file I-130 but do I also need to file G-325A(Biographic Information), color photos, I-864 (Affidavit of Support), and I-693, (Medical Examination)? The description on the INS site is unclear about whether I need these NOW or AFTER the initial I-130 is approved.
