My husband has sent I-130 for my daughter (his stepdaughter). My Husband is U.S. citizen. My daughter is out of United States. She is 14 years old. I have since 14/08/2012 GC and live in USA with my husband and my son, who was born in September 2012 in the United States. On 03/01/2013 we received notice that my daughters case has been forwarded to NBC. Does anyone know what that means and how long it will take before the decision is made?
