Can someone who has applied for a I-130 for spouse answer my questions:
1. Is it required to mail the original green card as mentioned in the I-130 instructions?
2. For documents that are required to be attested, such as prof of marriage, is it required to get it done by an attorney or is it enough to get it done by a notary public?
