I filed for my LC in Texas in January 2001. The petition reached DOL in March 2001. My company changed attorneys in December 2001. The new attorneys said they filed G28 with DOL in Dallas indicating that they are the new attorney for my case but they have not heard any thing from DOL so far. According to immigration.com DOL in Texas is dealing with cases filed in July 2001. Is there any way to find out if my LC was approved on my own? Any advice or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
