How much time it takes to substitute labor?

Hi,
A consulting company is willing to file my Green Card, since I’m in a long term project. Can anyone provide me information:
1) How much time it takes to substitute labor?
2) Is it guaranteed that if I match the skills for the labor, it will definitely be substituted?
3) Is it possible to apply for Labor substitution, I-140, I-485 together?

Employer ability to pay wages is also important

Change of Employer after the approval of EAD

Hi Guys,
I have a question. Hope some one can answer me.
I have been working as a consultant at Clients place in state of Massachuessts. My Employer is in the state of Conneticut. My Labor for GC was filed from MA, because i have been a resident of MA for more than 2 years. Recetnly i got an offer from my client to take a perm position. I am very much intrested in it but unfortunately i can't accept it at this point of time. Is it possible for me to Switch the company after i get EAD? what are the intricacies involved in it.
