How many had to do medical again due to expiration, RFE question

As medical is valid only for one year is INS overlooking this fact and are a lot of people getting RFE\'s to do medical again. Please respond

Even though medical is valid only for a year, I have been told by lawyer that once you submit I-485 application, you need not do another medical as the "1-year rule" does not apply after submission of medical exam results.

Exactly. You shouldn\'t worry about MedExam after the submission of your AOS.

I spoke to IIO yesterday. the nice lady told me that
don\'t worry about the expiry of the medical. as long as it was
OK at the time of filing....

yes.Unfortunatly the doc who did the tests has passed away.

dont worry for unwanted things guys.
the 1 yr rule is for people who do medical well in advance
before they file 485. So if its > 1yr and if they are filing 485
their medical records wont be valid.
As long as 485 is filed it does not matter ....
