Folks,
Our (Me, husband, and kid) 485 was approved and passpost stamped in Oct 2002.
While stamping they took sinature and fingureprints.
In May 2003 my Husband and daughter received their plastics.
They are dependant on me and I'm the primary applicant.
But for me they send a letter saying that I have to reappear for Adit processing as my signature did not match with that on 485 application.
On May 22, 2003 I went INS office and I had to sign and fingerprint again. This time I took a copy of my 485 application to see that the sign should match.
The officer said, that let us see if it works.
So far the status is not changed.
Does anyone has any IDEA OR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE?
How long does it take for them to reprocess or to change the status on case (online)?
Will my case again go in the back of the queue?
Any help is very much appreciated.
