I am engaged to a Canadian National who has sole customdy of her 2 boys. I want to be wed here in the U.S. and for them to live with me. From what I understand we both need to fill out forms I-129F and G-325A, birth certificates of her and her 2 boys, my birth certificate and divorce decree and my finaces birth certifiacte and divorce decree,2 photos of each.
Is this correct?

AS most love lorn couples we are anxious to be a family together but also do want to follow the law.
Someone please help as my resources (internet, telephone) are giving many conflicting stories and the Homeland security website is not extremely informative.
