We prepared supporting documents( bank statements, property papers etc) in January 2017 for my daughter who applied for b2visa. They were not even asked for. Now I am applying for B1/B2visa.Do I need fresh docs or the same documents will be valid by the end of March? Please advise.

As you noted, docs are almost never looked at by COs. Advise against preparing, but if you must, update bank docs to reflect changes since Jan. Doubt if anything changed with the property in two months. Did daughter get her b2 visa?

I got my B1/B2 visa on December of 2016 and they dint asked for any documents as well. Got approved for 10 years, since I had a previous visa with good record of returning back home
