Canadian Landing immigrants can study is USA just like other foreign citizens. You need an admission in a college or University. The university will then issue an I-20 form and an admission letter. With I-20 and admission letter and with supporting documents(documents which would prove that you would come back to Canada and you are not a potential immigrant), you need to go to the nearest American consulate and apply for a student visa (F1).
