Have u already fille it?

My opinion is to ask ur spouse to hire attorney they will find out some way to solve... because it would need lot of detail

Good Luck to you

You need a joint sponsor who meets these requirements http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/affsupp.htm#joint and who has an income that meets the guidelines on this table: http://tinyurl.com/3hb4v (same as http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-864p.pdf) .

The I-864 instructions explain how the sponsor calculates household size in order to reference the table to determine what the required income is: http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-864.pdf .

A joint sponsor has to be someone who is willing to be sued by any public agency that spends public assistance money on your spouse in future because he ends up not being able to support himself. It's a very serious commitment that lasts a long time.
