pls does anyone know what this is?I phoned the vermont number for my H1 and got a message saying that they have requested for further evidence. what more can they possibly want. it is for residency. will they give me the H1 visa? i applied under premium processing.
Anybody pls.................

i got the same message too....they probably need more info on ur application thats all...expect a letter from INS about it or see if ur lawyer got the letter already asking for more evidence(RFE).

They asked me for my previous pay stubs...when i sent it in, it was approved within 24 hours!

thanks you have made me feel busy but it\'s for a new job, can they want pay stubs from my old job?
