Hi,
I am currently on L2 with valid until visa until Nov 2016 with EAD, but from OCT 2014 onwards my status is chaning from L2 to H1.
Due to some circumstances, I would like to continue L2 visa with EAD after OCT 2014.
Please pour on the options available.
a. If I move out before OCT 2014 and re-enter with L2 visa, i hope my L2 visa and EAD still applicable. Please clarify.
b. Staying at US and can I convert my self from H1 to L2 visa ( I hope EAD has to be applied again if I want to work on L2 visa) .
Since the time is running out, please suggest the options
