Hi, I am planning to move to USA under L1A and then apply for GC under EB1. I have few options and I have questions .. can someone help if you have an idea.
1. Between NY and Florida as a job location - which one is better from GC perspective (one service center being slow or fast ..etc.)?
2. Why is vermont slow. Can they still process in Texas center even if I work in NY?
3. USCIS website mar10 volumes are zero for i-140. Have they stopped processing these?
