Help! Getting married after submitting DV

Hi everyone! Im from Argentina, waiting with my couple for the DV results, both submitted the request, we are not married (and selected unmarried in the application form) the question is, if one of us is selected, can we get married and one of us enter as spouse?

If selected, yes you can get married which will make the spouse a derivative of the selectee.
