help fiance is divorced in Korea but not annulled in Philippines

hi I met my girlfriend in Korea and we lived together in Philippines and been together for 4 years. She was Married in Philippines but was divorced in Korea. She have the divorce paper from Korea. The problem is divorce is not legal in Philippines. will I still be able to petition her with fiance visa?
 
Yes. A divorce from anywhere is recognized in the US. She is divorced as far as the US is concerned.
