help! anyone has used other people\'s approved LC?

Hi, Thanks in advance!
Anyone here has used other people\'s approved LC to file I140?
Please share your case. How have you dealt with the different name and etc.? What need to be done to use an unused/approved LC?

zhang, I applied for 140 based on labor approved for other people..

Details, I got my 140 cleared recently, I applied for 140 based on labor approval of other person. Precautions you should take are
1. Education Qualifications in labor certificate should match exactly or similar to your educational evaluation copy.
2. Your experience certificates should have more or equal experience than the experience mentioned in the labor and should have all expertise mentioned in labor.
3. Your salary should match or should be higher than salary mentioned in labor.
Don\'t bother about name, labor approvals are based on company so you should be employee of that company.
 
need some info...from seklee

my company finally agreed on applying for my GC after much ado since i have only 9 months left. They have decided to file LC substitution but have a clause saying i cannot opt for CP . Do you know why they are doing this is it a law for not able to opt for CP if there is LC substituion or is it only my company doing this to make it more dreadful for me.
Any information would be really helpful.
