I am on h4 spouse visa and living USA frim five years and six months. My nationaliy is and Indian. My husband doesn't want to apply green card and he wants to move back in India. Also we have some family issues, and I don't think we can live together. But we are not divorced yet.
My question is that can I apply green card separately? Is there any option that I can apply green card and settle down here by myself? Please help me.
