I am on H1 visa and my wife is on H4 visa.
Can my wife do online business where she will be getting money in Indian bank a/c? She will be paying tax in India.
This is online business where items will be sold in USA and shipped from India.
On top of the above question she is planning to adopt below two model depending on order,
1. Shipping will be done from India to client directly in USA
2. Bulk shipping will be done from India to my address and then items will be sent separately to client.
Can both of the above two model work for her?
Will my wife or I have to take any kind of precaution?
