Hello members,
I have a question on dependent h4 visa.
I have a valid h1b visa till September 2024 and i recently got married and my wife got her H4 visa approved in June 2023. She has never been to USA and she was planning to travel with me to USA in December 2023.
Now my employer is filing for my h1b extension premium processing along with my relocation amendment to another state. I will soon have newer I797A approval letter with extended validity. I willbe traveling to india in November 2023 for h1b extentsion stamping.
Do my wife needs to reapply for H4 visa or can she still travel with previous H4 visa stamp and new I797A approval letter?
When does she needs to get new H4 visa stamp?
