H4 Expired, Need Help

Dear friends,
My daughter entered USA on 4/14/2000 with H4, her I-94 shows it is valid
until 6/2/2000, the same date as the Expiry Date on her visa approved in
China. So the total valid stay is 1.5 months. My first H1 is valid until
7/1/2002, so I did not check her I94 until I think it is time to renew her
H4. When I check her I94 she is out of status for 2 years. What can I do?
Any suggestion and recommendation is welcome.

She has to live with illegal status

for this 2 years all her life. She can go out of US and get a H4 stamp and can try to enter. It is not advisable to keep her in out of status any more.
