My husband has filed for a divorce and since i'm on H4 will my visa expire after divorce?
----------------------you H4 is tied to your spose H1 and after divorce you will not be on H4 status.
Is there a way to get F1 visa or other type of visa as i have my son here and i dont want to be forced to leave him here because i have no visa after divorce.
