H2B Visa, if extension is denied, can i work during appeal?

I currently have a H2B visa working in Guam. There's been an odd situation here where nearly all H2B's have been denied (we're talking 99.9%). The situation seems to be changing for the better recently, but my H2B extension will likely be denied.

My employer plans to appeal at least once. Would I be able to work during this time? If not, are my choices simply to stay here or go back home to the Philippines?

Thank you.

If your H-2B visa extension is denied and your employer plans to appeal, it's crucial to understand your specific situation. Normally, during an appeal process, your legal status might be extended, allowing you to continue working.
Though this depends on various factors, and I would suggest you to take an immigration expert, consultant or attorney's advice. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you may need to explore options like staying in Guam without working, returning to the Philippines. Always seek the advice of an immigration attorney like xxxxxxx xxxx.
