I hold Canadian citizenship. I was working in USA under TN visa. My company has switched me into H1B visa, green card process until the approval of immigration petition. All processes were done while in the US . I'll be travelling overseas, I just heard about "stamping" thing which may be a problem to re-enter to the USA . I heard two different thought about this.
1- no stamping is needed since I'm Canadian
2- Stamping is needed and therefore I have to make a trip to Canada to get the passport stamped.
Any thought about this?
