H1B Visa - Queries

Hi Experts,

An employer has agreed to file an H1 for me after undergoing the selection process. I would like to know if the visa processing fee would be refunded just in case if anything gets failed, i mean if i am not selected in the lot system or in visa interview.

First of all, you are not supposed to pay the visa processing fee. Second, there is no lottery for H1 this year, may be the quota has filled up by now but last time I checked, the quota was still available. For next year, if your application does go into lottery and is not selected, USCIS refunds the fee. The employer refunds it to you or not is a different story.
