H1B visa 6 yeas clock

H1B Petition was approved with its valid from Oct,2005 thru Sep,2008. After seveal Queries at consulatte, finally I am given VISA STAMPING and issued on Feb/2007. I have entered into USA and the first I-94 issued in the month of Apr,2007. Now my question is, how to calculate 6 years max?
if I calcualte based on H1-Petition approval Oct,2005, is this correct that I could I stay in US upto Oct,2011?
if I calcualte based on H1B visa isued date Feb/2007, is this correct that I could I stay in US upto Feb,2013?
if I calcualte based on I-94 issued date Apr/2007, is this correct that I could I stay in US upto Apr,2013?
Which one is correct, pl. help me to understand. Thanks
 
6 year clock begins the day you are admitted into US for the first time under H1. In your case it started in April 2007 and ends in April 2013.
