H1B - Vacation Recapture - AAO Recapture Ruling - Regarding

All:
I need a recapture of 23 days to file for H1B 7th years. I appreciate if I can feed back on how the ruling of AAO is going to affect USCIS to allow the recapture any number of days? I am going to get the recapture ( along with extension)?. What are pros/cons ? My case in reapplied - as it has been denied right the moment the AAO ruling is passed. And my lawyer has re-appealed the case with new aao's recapture-ruling's.
