I'm on an H1B visa and got laid off 3 months back from an employer “A”. However as per 60 day grace period rule I have found another employer “B” within 30 days of my last day working at A. Employer B has filed my H1B under normal processing and it’s still under review with USCIS. Started working with B after the receipt notice. Recently after 60 days grace period, I found another employer “C” who filed my H1B under premium processing and got approved. My question is can I work for employer C since my petition is approved or should I wait until employer B's petition is approved? I really want to work with employer “C” ASAP. Please let me know
