H1B Refusal After 221G Can I change My Employeer Now and get Visa ?

This is VenkataKrishna Telukuntla i am having 7+ Years of Experience into Robotic Process Automation (BluePrism,Uipath,Automation Anywhere,Power Automate) Cognitive Automation And Intelligent Automation.

5 Years of Relevant Experience into RPA - BluePrism.

* Certified AD01 BluePrism Developer
* Advanced Automation Anywhere Professional
* Uipath Certified RPA Associate

I have selected in 2022 Lottery and Attended Visa Interview on 8th Feb 2023 and Received Blueslip and Got refusal I have Valid I797B Without Visa Stamping. and currently I am in India and Never Travelled to USA got Refusal from Current Employeer this is my first Time H1B.

Can I change my Employer now and get stamping done ? If Yes what is the Process and what is the Ratio of Visa Approval ?

Could You please help with me for what all the further options for me to get My Visa and can I Change My Employeer now and go for Stamping ? Is that will work or will I get any issues?

Your new employer can file new H-1B petition not subject to lottery as long as previously approved H-1B is not revoked by USCIS
