H1b extension and overseas stamping

Hi All,
My 1 st H1 expire on sept 2005 and i am planning to go to india in aug'05.
couple of question:
1) If i apply now in nebraska how many weeks will it take to get H1 extension approved (traditional and fast processing not sure if my company will aggre for fast processing)?
2) How may days before my VISA expire can I attend for VISA stamping (in India or in mexico)?
3) I am planning to get married in Aug'05 can my spouse attend for H4 with my expired VISA ( but I will be having a valid h1 for another 3 yrs) ?

apply right away, by that you go india ur approval will come. go to stamping both of you at the same time.
 
I am planning to return by Aug 15 ' 2005 . want to find out if i can go to VISA renewal 2 months before my 1 st VISA expires. Also there are no appointments available for chennai. Hmmm..
