I am Raj from India and i have a H1B Valid till sep 08 2007. I am now planning to come to US for a project implementation which could take 3 months to 6 months. I will be coming there by Aug End of Sep 1st week before my expiration of Visa.
I would like to know if i will be able to extend my Visa after coming there ? Will i be allowed to enter US with the H1B which is expiring within a week after my arrival?
What do i need to do if i need to continue working there until my project is complete.
Any ideas and advise is much appreciated
