So Here is my situation
I was on H4 with valid I-94 (Expired on September 27, 2016). my employer filed my H1b in April which got approved on Oct 22, 2016. So, to not lose my immigration status i filed H4 Extension on September 22nd, 2016 which is still pending with USCIS. So my concern is what should i do next ? Pull my h4 application back ? Will that put me in out of status condition from September 27 till Oct 22, 2016 ? Do I need to leave country and renew my visa and I-94 ?
