I am a Canadian citizen born outside of Canada.
Is it possible for a US employer to sponsor me an H1 visa while I work remotely from canada and occasionally visit US office?
If it is then is it also possible for employer to then sponsor my green card while I am working remotely from canada and ocassionally visit US office?
and if GC can be applied, will the time I am outside of US be counted towards GC processing time?

Also, is a person not allowed to stay outside of US for more than a certain time period to keep the H1 visa valid and keep the green card application valid?

I know, being a canadian citizen, I can get a TN but then it is very difficult to apply for green card with a TN.

ok, after reading more posts on here, TN->GC can also happen, but my employer seems more familiar with h1->GC.

Your employer can sponsor you while you're in canada for h1...yes.
Your employer can sponsor you for gc while you're in canada....yes.
YOU cannot continue staying in canada after gc if you want us citizenship...

Dont forget h1 is a lottery and you may or may not get a selected
