I am a Canadian citizen born outside of Canada.
Is it possible for a US employer to sponsor me an H1 visa while I work remotely from canada and occasionally visit US office?
If it is then is it also possible for employer to then sponsor my green card while I am working remotely from canada and ocassionally visit US office?
and if GC can be applied, will the time I am outside of US be counted towards GC processing time?
Also, is a person not allowed to stay outside of US for more than a certain time period to keep the H1 visa valid and keep the green card application valid?
I know, being a canadian citizen, I can get a TN but then it is very difficult to apply for green card with a TN.
