H1 Transfer

Hi,
I am currently in India. I got H1 thru company A in US and yet to get visa stamping. Now i got another offer from company B. Company B says we can directly transfer the H1(premium processing) from A and then i can go for visa stamping to work for company B. Is it possible?

Pls. suggest.
