I transfered my H1 from company A to B and after 3 months I applied for a Premium process I got an RFE and replied to that for more than 2 weeks the status has not changed or not received any decision form INS .
Now company C is ready to offer a Job can I transfer my H1 to C with my B receipt notice ,the approval is still pending ....
