Just wondering if others have had delays with H1 transfer (within the US) filing from one company to another?? My transfer I-129 petition was filed on 4/27/09 with a USCIS receipt date of 5/6/2009 (regular filing, not expedited!!) and still no updates, responses nor queries. This is with the California Service Center (CSC) of USCIS and still pending. Any help or feedback from similar cases with close (April of May 2009) filing dates will be greatly appreciated.
