H1 RFE atTSC

Hi ,
  My Employer by mistake applied my H1b Ext for Period which crosses my H1 limit of 6 Years and I got RFE from TSC. Lawyer replied. SO any Idea if i will get into any problem. How many days does it take for RFE to be cleared in TSC.

What did RFE say?

Even if you apply more than applicable H1B period, INS will check it and issue the visa upto the permissable period. Even more than 6 years is possible provided your EDD//I140 is 365 days old.

Hi Thanks for reply,
   they asked me to provide th previous H1b\'s & I94 cards. Which I did by fax.
