Hello Folks,
My H1 is rejected on Employee-Employer relation not sufficiently evident. Its been more that 6 months I was working with the Receipt number with the denied employer. Now can I go back to the previous employer who had my approved H1 wand was valid till 2017. And that project is still available at that same location and if he is willing to take me back what are the things that needs to be done by the employer? Should he apply an amendment or something. Please let me know.
